All products listed on our store are subject to availability. Prices are listed in PKR and may change at any time without prior notice.

3. Advance Payment Policy

At Hakeem Musa, advance payment is compulsory for all orders.

• Orders will only be processed after full payment is received.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available unless clearly mentioned.
• Failure to complete payment will result in order cancellation.

4. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed and payment is completed:

• You will receive an order confirmation.
• Orders cannot be canceled or modified after confirmation.

5. No Return & No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds except in cases where the item is damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos or video proof

Claims made after 48 hours will not be accepted.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Hakeem Musa is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website.
